The 2023 Surf City SPLASH is a fundraiser benefiting the North Orange County Surfrider Foundation. Winter Ice Rink at The Pier AND Vendor Fair. The event includes: Music/DJ, Surfrider Merchandise and Info Booth, Breakfast, Ceremonies with Guest Speakers, Costume Contest with Winners, SPLASH INTO THE OCEAN, Opportunity Drawing and Auction Winners announced. Light Gate is located at the top of 14th Street, between City Hall and the library, along Highland Avenue. The artwork is made of glass, laminated with prismatic lighting film that will create rich and varied light effects with the sun.
